How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For custom-built blades and limited-edition apparel, please allow up to 10 business days for shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our Montana warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved knives are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a lifetime warranty?
Yes. Every Montana Knife Company blade is backed by our Generations® Promise. We provide free sharpening and maintenance for the life of the knife, ensuring it can be passed down for generations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay.
How do I care for my MKC apparel and gear?
To preserve the quality of our apparel, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumble drying on low. For our leather sheaths, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and treat with a high-quality leather conditioner as needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
